In addition, it has been decided to take ownership of the proposal put forward by a group of members, in order to create a Financial Control and Recruiting Commission composed of three qualified Assembly members who do not belong to the Board of Directors, with the purpose of providing transparency to the management of the Club.
The next steps to be addressed in order to enable this progress towards transparency will be brought forward. Including the publishing of the Recruitment Handbook developed and approved by the Board of Directors of Aitor Elizegi some weeks ago.
The members of this future Commission, of recognized standing in the field, will be elected by the Assembly and their position shall have a duration of four years, having access to the financial and recruiting information of the Club which involves major investments, excluding sport data.
This team of work shall submit an annual report to the Ordinary Assembly to be considered and complemented during the deliberation and approval of the account management.
