If you wish to transfer your membership card to the Club for the next match of Athletic in San Mamés, check out the information below.
Athletic Club has established the option for its members who, for any reason, cannot attend the match against Real Valladolid and wish to transfer their seat to Athletic, they can do so in the following way:
From this Thursday 10th until Sunday 13th, members will be able to transfer his or her seats for the mentioned match, through our web page, in the section THE TXOKO OF THE MEMBERS, introducing his or her Member Code and PIN number.
The maximum number of matches for which card can be transferred is limited to 10 matches for this 2019-20 season.
Those members whose tickets have been sold, they will get back paid fifty percent of the net fare of the tickets. The payment method will be carried out ONLY THROUGH BANK TRANSFERS to the account in which the member’s quota is deposited, or to any other account the member enters for this match. In the event that the member does not have his or her quota deposited, he or she must provide us with an account number to which he or she wishes us to make the payment.
This process will be carried out EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE CLUB.
