AC eSports Tournament
AC e-Sports
Athletic Club first organised the AC eSports Tournament in 2023, an online EA Sports FC 24 (formerly FIFA) tournament on PlayStation 5 with free and open registration for all fans. The competition lasted three months, had more than 2,000 participants and 1,000 attendees at the finals held at San Mamés. What's more, Athletic Club first-team players took an active role in the competition.
This is Athletic's first entry into the world of e-Sports, where it taking a different approach based on Responsible Gaming and the philosophy and values that define our club.
