The international red-and-white player is expanding her ties with the club, which she joined in 2016, and with which she has reached the elite of women’s football.
Lucía García will play for Athletic Club until 2022 after the agreement signed by both parts in Ibaigane. The footballer of the first red-and-white team, who played last summer the World Championship in France, extends in this way in two seasons – her contract ended next June – her link with Athletic, where she arrived in 2016 and in which she fulfils her fourth campaign.
Since her arrival to the entity, the young footballer of Barakaldo (21 years) has consolidated like one of the great references of the Athletic Club, becoming a habitual one of the summonses of the Spain National team.
