About 70 students of Medicine and Nursing of the University of the Basque Country received training from IMQ in our stadium.
About 70 students of Medicine and Nursing of the University of the Basque Country (EHU/UPV) came to San Mamés on Wednesday to complete their formation on how to act in the event of health incidents during the celebration of the Athletic Club matches and to know the action protocols.
As is becoming common in recent years, the training of the students was called by IMQ, the official health insurer of Athletic Club and responsible for the health care of the staff and the public attending the matches in San Mamés.
Apart from the almost 70 young people, were present in the training teacher of the University of the Basque Country, doctors and managers of IMQ, and the head of medical services of the red-and-white club, Dr. Josean Lekue.
In addition, health care data were given in San Mamés during the 2018 and 2019 seasons: a total of 88 performances, 17.76% less than in the 2017-2018 campaign.
