Voting results in reference to the first two items included on the agenda. The Ordinary General Assembly has approved the Annual Accounts and the Management corresponding to the previous season 2018/19, as well as the Budget proposed for the following fiscal year 2019/20*.
The results of these ballots, corresponding to the first two points on the agenda, are summarised below:
FIRST: Approval, if applicable, of the Annual Accounts and Management of Directors, corresponding to the preceding financial year.

*After giving an initial interpretation of the results regarding the approval of the Budget for the season 2019/20, the legal services of Athletic Club Board of Directors have confirmed that a correct interpretation of the results on the part of the Club is consistent with the approval of the Budget.
