Results of the children’s tickets prize draw and information about how to transfer your Club Membership Card for the fixture against SD Eibar
The codes of the members who have been granted the children’s tickets for the fixture against SD Eibar, which will be held on 14 December at San Mamés, can be found below.
The members whose Code is listed here must collect their match tickets at the box offices in San Mamés during the opening hours set for this fixture.
Ticket Office Opening Hours:
Friday 13 December from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm and from 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm.
Saturday 14 December from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm and from 4.30 pm onwards.

Membership Card transfer
Athletic Club has given those members who cannot attend the fixture against SD Eibar the possibility to transfer their seats to the Club by following the next steps:
From Friday 5 to Thursday 9 December, any member will have the option to transfer their seats for the previously mentioned fixture via website, at EL TXOKO DE LOS SOCIOS, by entering their Member Code and PIN number.
The membership card can only be transferred for a maximum of 10 matches during the current 2019-20 season.
Those members whose seats are sold, will be given fifty percent of the net price of the ticket. A BANK TRANSFER to either the account associated to your membership subscription or another one provided specifically for this fixture WILL BE THE ONLY PAYMENT METHOD. In case a member has not registered one, the bank account number to which the payment has to be made must be specified.
This option WILL ONLY BE CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE CLUB’S OFFICIAL WEBSITE.
All those members who transfer their membership card to the Club (not through Athleticket) will have their barcode cancelled for the aforementioned fixture.
Those members whose seats are located in sections 110 and 124 will not be able to make use of this service for having special prices.
