A brief about the matches played by our quarry during the last two days
Our two first teams got two draws in their respective matches. No goals scored last weekend against SD Eibar at LaLiga Santander and against Sevilla FC at Primera Iberdrola. Below the results of the rest of the categories.
Bilbao Athletic achieved its fourth consecutive defeat at Group II at the Second Division B and as the previous weekend in Leioa, they lost 0-1 against Barakaldo CF. CD Basconia got some points thanks to the draw against CD San Ignacio in Vitoria-Gasteiz, showing different results and different dynamics, led by Joseba Etxeberria at Group IV at the Third Division.
Both Youth A and Youth B keep their positions as leaders at Division of Honor and National League. Youth A scored 7-0 to UDC Txantrea: two goals were scored by Williams, one by Trespalacios, Uriarte, Asategi, Gerenabarrena and Serrano. As for Youth B, it was the goal of Koldo Ferrer the one that made the win possible in Barakaldo.
Athletic Club is also leader in different categories and championships such as Cadets, Liga Vasca and Division of Honor. Cadets A won 4-1 against Santutxu FC, whilce Cadets B, in Lezama got the same result but against Barakaldo CF.
Bad news regarding the lower categories of Athletic Club Women. Women B lost the first clash of the season as local in Reto Iberdrola Norte by losing 0-2 against SD Eibar. However, they are still ranked leaders at the classification. Women C and Cadets won against CA Ortuella and Peña Athletic Santurtzi CF respectively.
