Elexpuru, Zubieta, Estefa and Amaia Martínez called-up against Germany

Athletic Club’s young academy players Ane Elexpuru, Maite Zubieta, Alejandra Estefanía and Amaia Martínez have been called-up by the Spain U-17 team for an international friendly match against Germany. The match will be played next January 16 in Salou at 11.00 am. The young red-and-white footballers have been called-up on Monday 13 and will return on the same day of the match.

While Elexpuru and “Estefa” are under the command of Iraia Iturregi in the Reto Iberdrola category, Maite Zubieta and Amaia Martínez alternate their participation with the subsidiary and the C team coached by Tzibi Juaristi. Zubieta has already played one match in the second division at the age of 15 and Amaia, of the same age, has participated in 3 matches with the second team.
