Recognition to the 50 years in the Athletic Club
The members who celebrated five decades in the Club in 2019 have been recognised in an emotional ceremony in San Mamés
This afternoon, San Mamés has hosted the emotional recognition ceremony for the members who have celebrated 50 years of membership of the red-and-white organization in 2019.
Among the 140 people awarded at the event were former presidents Ana Urquijo and José Julián Lertxundi. All of them were awarded by the president, Aitor Elizegi, with the Athletic Club’s gold badge, as well as a commemorative painting of the event, with the application form and the first membership card of each of them in 1969.
