Fixture in full: the last match between Athletic and Real at San Mamés

The Copa grand final in Seville between Athletic Club and Real Sociedad had been scheduled for today, 18 April. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 healthcare crisis, playing it has not been possible and its final date is still to be determined.

Meanwhile, today at 9.00 pm., you can enjoy the last Basque derby in full played between both finalists at San Mamés on our YouTube channel. The fixture, corresponding to the third league match of the current season, was won by the red-and-white side (2-0) thanks to goals from Williams and Raúl García in the first half. The latter was scored after the play with the most amount of consecutive passes Athletic has made before a goal in the last ten Ligas: the player from Navarre beautifully chipped the ball to the net after a 19-pass move.
