Athletic Club training session (05-22-2020)

New Athletic Club training session this morning in Lezama. The lions continue their preparation in groups, as the protocol dictates, and today they have tried to emphasize the ball touch and the mobility of the group.

To start, Gaizka Garitano has prepared a session where wide rounds have predominated in order the mobility to be the main protagonist through possession and touch of the ball. In addition, this phase of training has been completed with tennis soccer matches so that in a pleasant way our lions begin to dominate ball control and coordination.

The end of the work consisted of corner kicks and free kicks.
