The 5v5 matches, protagonists in today’s training

The Athletic Club’s First Team trained this morning in Lezama with an eye toward the LaLiga match (Sunday, 2.00 p.m.) that will be played against Atlético de Madrid at San Mamés.

After the usual warm-up, the footballers managed by Gaizka Garitano have developed a power circuit. Subsequently, they have exercised the collective technique and played 5v5 matches, before trying the defensive stopped ball. In total, the session lasted around 80 minutes.

As a novelty, Iñigo Lekue continues to progress in his recovery and has been able to perform the warm-up and the rounds with his teammates at the beginning of the training session.
