Organizational structure of the women’s teams for next season

There will not be any changes of management at the helm of our women’s sides for the following 2020-21 campaign

The women’s section of the club will keep their current managers for the following 2020-21 season, maintaining the continuity in the five red-and-white sides and the project led by Sporting Director Joseba Aguirre. Ángel Villacampa will continue to be in charge of the first team in the country’s top division. Winning the Copa de la Reina semifinal is his present challenge, but he will also have to face a tough Primera Iberdrola season, with a total of 18 teams in the category. His entire coaching staff will continue working with him.

In the second division, ex-lioness Iraia Iturregi will manage our promising footballers at the reserve team for another year. After a great campaign, in which they finished as leaders of the Reto Iberdrola Norte, the young players will now take part in a remodelled competition under the management of the coach from Loiu, who could not have done it better in her debut season.

Tzibi Juaristi will be at the helm of the third women’s team after managing a promotion. The C Team are moving up from the regional division to the Liga Vasca.

There will not be any changes in the club’s youngest sides either. The Cadets team will be under the management of ex-goalkeeper Roberto Pampín once more and former Athletic player Amaia Olabarrieta will be the coach in charge of the Youths side.
