San Mamés recognizes the inclusive work of deaf people

Athletic Club joins Euskal Gorrak, the Basque Federation of Associations of Deaf People, in the search for recognition and legal protection that equates sign language to other languages. A language that wants to be as useful as any other language for the transmission of ideas and knowledge, as well as being a necessary tool for the protection and promotion of the rights of deaf people.

Euskal Gorrak brings together all the associative movements that represent deaf people throughout the Basque Country, seeking their full integration and participation in society, promoting their culture, customs and traditions, as well as their own language.
