Cycling and running around Lake Gübsensee
15 players have trained this morning with this specific task under the orders of Isma Fernández
A large part of Athletic Club’s squad carried out specific physical work this morning under the guidance of physical trainer Isma Fernández around Lake Gübsensee, close to the Santispark facilities in Switzerland.
The task consisted of cycling and running continuously around the lake, which has a perimeter of more than two kilometres. Fifteen players took part: Capa, Nuñez, Iñigo Martínez, Lekue, Balenziaga, Vivian, Unai López, Dani García, Vesga, Zarraga, Iñaki Williams, Muniain, Berenguer, Villalibre and Raúl García. The rest have stayed at the hotel doing different tasks.
