Athletic Club Women squad numbers for the 2021-22 season
Athletic Club Women players now know the names and numbers they will wear on their shirts this coming season
We are delighted to confirm the Athletic Club Women first-team squad numbers for the 2021-22 Primera Iberdrola campaign.
With regards to the new additions, goalkeeper Mariasun Quiñones will take the no.24, midfielder Itxaso Uriarte will wear the no.18 and striker Ainize ‘Peke’ Barea has been given the no.22.
As for the three players who have come up from the ‘B’ team, Leyre Monente takes the no.10, Irene Oguiza the no.12 and Paula Arana, who recently signed a first-team deal, has the no.20.
Three other players have changed their shirt numbers: Andrea de la Nava becomes the new no.1, Marta Unzué gets the no.8 and Oihane Hernández takes the no.11.
In terms of the footballers who will split their time between the first team and the reserves, the no.25 will go to Paula Esteban, no.26 to Mariana Cerro, no.28 to Clara Pinedo, no.29 to Alejandra Estefanía, no.30 to Naia Landaluze, no.31 to Ane Elexpuru and no.32 to Maite Zubieta.
