Ernesto Valverde's Lions went to Italy for their fourth and final friendly of the World Cup break. As usual on their travels, they were not alone
Athletic Club defeated Udinese Calcio 0-1 at the Dacia Arena on Saturday night thanks to an Iñaki Williams goal. The victory ensured Los Leones remained unbeaten throughout the World Cup break, an important confidence booster as the side prepares for a return to official action.
As is customary whenever the Zurigorri travel, they were not alone in Udine. Members of our Leones Italianos fan club, as well as other fans based in the region, braved the cold to make sure Ernesto Valverde's side were well supported.
