The Opponents
Club Atlético Osasuna was founded on 24 October 1920, playing its first football match on the same day. It is one of only four professional clubs in Spain, along with Real Madrid CF, FC Barcelona and Athletic Club, which is not a Public Limited Sports Company (Sociedad Anónima Deportiva), meaning that the ownership of the club rests with its Members.
After a brief yo-yo spell between the first division and second division, current head coach Jagoba Arrasate took Osasuna back into LaLiga for the 2019/20 season and has kept the Pamplona-based outfit there ever since.
In the last three campaigns, they have finished 10th twice and 11th once, and Los Rojillos are currently in the pack chasing European qualification this year, lying in 10th place with 35 points.
To reach the Copa del Rey semi-finals, Osasuna have had to beat Arnedo, Gimnastic, Real Betis and Sevilla FC.
