The Lionesses will play in Lezama in a single-leg tie on 13 or 14 January
Athletic Club will face Madrid CFF in the round of 16 of the Copa 2023/24. The single-leg tie will take place in Lezama on 13 or 14 January.
Last season's top eight finishers in Liga F have entered the draw and have joined the other eight survivors in this year's edition of the tournament, who will play at home.
The other pairings are as follows:

- Real Oviedo - UDCA Tenerife
- Real Betis - Real Madrid
- Sporting Club de Huelva - Real Sociedad
- Levante Las Planas - Sevilla FC
- Deportivo Alavés - Atlético de Madrid
- Valencia CF - Levante UD
The Lionesses already faced Madrid CFF in this same tie last season at the Fernando Torres Stadium in Fuenlabrada. The match ended 0-1 thanks to Pinedo's goal.
