Buján, Irurita and Elías to play at Lezama next season
Oyono (Villarreal CF) and Quintero (CA Osasuna) will join immediately to play for the under-18s side at Lezama
A handful of young players will join Athletic Club's academy at the end of the season, including: Endika Buján (Barakaldo CF, Segunda Federación) and defenders Xabier Irurita (CD Tudelano, Segunda Federación) and Javier Elías (Portugalete CF, Tercera Federación).
Furthermore, forward Igor Oyono (Villarreal CF) and defender Iker Quintero (CA Osasuna), both under-16 players, will come to Lezama immediately to play for our under-18s. Both Oyono and Quintero have previously turned out for Athletic affiliated clubs Barakaldo CF and UDC Txantrea, respectively.
In addition to the previously announced Adama Boiro (CA Osasuna) and Aritz Conde (Antiguoko KE), forward Xabi Gómez (Antiguoko KE) has also been recruited.
The following under-16 players have also committed to Athletic Club for the coming season: midfielder Iñigo Sainz de Leciñana (Antiguoko KE), forward Andrés Camilo (UDC Txantrea KKE), centre-back Aitor León (CD Pamplona), midfielders Yan Cissé (Aviron) and Alexander Conde (SD Leioa), and forward Joannes Echeverria (Antiguoko KE).
