Ticket information: AS Roma vs Athletic Club

Club Members wishing to purchase a ticket for Athletic Club's Europa League opener against AS Roma must register in the Members' Txoko ( Registration Process / Away Matches Tickets section) via the club's official website from Wednesday 11 September until Friday 13 September at 10:00 CEST.

AS Roma have sent Athletic Club 3,435 tickets, costing 35 euros each, reserved for Club Members and the club's official travel agency.

Of these 3,435 tickets, 100 seats at the Stadio Olimpico di Roma will be allocated for Club Athletic and Club Athletic Premium supporters who register from 11 September until Friday 13 at 10:00 AM CEST in ‘My Account’ section on the Club Athletic website (you can register individually and in pairs, both fans must be Club Athletic supporters). If the number of registrations exceeds the number of places available, a draw will be held on Friday 13 September. Registered Club Members will receive their participation number for the draw by e-mail after registration has been completed. After the draw has taken place, they will receive confirmation of whether they were successful or not.

If a draw is not necessary, the general public will also be able to purchase the remaining tickets on dates to be communicated by the club

Furthermore, Athletic Club would like to clarify the following points:

• Athletic Club Members and fans are kindly asked NOT to purchase tickets through the AS Roma website, as those are only for home fans.
• Visiting supporters with tickets in home stands will not be let into the ground.Visiting supporters with tickets in home stands will not be let into the ground.
• AS Roma will require that the ID card of the ticket holder corresponds to the ticket details. In the case of mismatches between the ID card and the ticket details, access to the stadium will be denied.

For security reasons, group registrations will not be made by entering the PIN of other Members but by entering their mobile phone number. Members who are added to a group will confirm their registration via their own account Members' Txoko, and they will be notified in advance by email.

 
Club Members who are allocated a ticket

Club Members granted a ticket at the end of the process must pay for the tickets* within 72 hours using the online payment platform sent to them by email, which can also be found in their Members' Txoko account.

Before making the payment, you must complete the required Travel Plan document (name, surname, date of birth, ID and travel arrangements of the persons who will be using the tickets) for security reasons. Once payment has been made, you will receive your tickets in PDF format via email in the following days. Roma will require an ID that matches the ticket.
 

* As for groups, the lead Club Member will pay for all tickets and will receive them afterwards.

** We remind you that any Member who is allocated the right to purchase a ticket and does not collect and pay for it will be disqualified from registering for the next three draws the Club conducts for the allocation of tickets for any competition.
