New open registration for the AC Football Center's COACHES Programme
After the success of the first edition last season, the intensive training service aimed at coaches and technicians is once again opening Lezama's doors to professionals who want to develop their skills with Athletic Club.
COACHES, the AC Football Center service aimed at the comprehensive training of coaches and technicians belonging to professional sports entities, is opening Lezama's doors so that experts from the sector can enjoy a one-week internship in Lezama from 29/10 to 03/11.
This programme offers access to Athletic Club's knowledge and work methodology in areas such as Performance, Training Methodology, Goalkeeper Training and Scouting.
Since its launch last November 2023, COACHES has been aimed at closed groups of professional football organisations (clubs, associations and academies). Through this open call, the club is offering coaches the possibility of participating in the programme on an individual basis, learning together with Athletic's football operations department.

A unique opportunity to learn in the heart of the Athletic Club
COACHES is a week-long immersive experience in Athletic Club's football operations department, where participants experience first-hand the development of a week's work at Lezama, working side by side with the youth academy's coaching staff.
This service is designed to satisfy a constant demand from clubs and associations that recognise Athletic Club as an international leader in youth football and in the development of talent, and therefored wish to learn about the club and its professionals.
Participants in the programme have the opportunity to stay full board at Lezama training centre's Iribar Residence. They will take a tour of the training facilities, learn about Athletic Club's project from its leaders, share work sessions with Lezama coaches, attend masterclasses given by our coaches, watch youth training sessions and have access to matches that take place
at the academy.
To complete the experience, those participating in the course will visit the AC Museoa and attend the Athletic Club vs Real Betis LaLiga match at San Mames.
