Athletic Club striker Javi Martón, 26, has joined SD Eibar after the two clubs agreed for the player.
In addition to perfomance-related bonuses, Athletic is entitled to a percentage of any future sale, the right of first refusal and an option to buy him back.
Martón, who spent last season on loan at Albacete Balompié in the second half of the season, leaves Athletic after making four official appearances and scoring one goal, which came in a 3-1 win over Viktoria Plzen during a Europa League fixture at San Mames last season.
In his first season in Bilbao, Javier went out on loan to CD Mirandés.
