Change to Club Athletic usernames
Starting on Monday 21, the username needed to access all Athletic Club's digital channels will be your ID number. For children under 14, it will be their guardian's ID number followed by another number
Starting on Monday, 21 July 2025, the username for Club Athletic supporters to access Athletic Club's digital channels will no longer be an email address (real or modified), but instead an ID number. This change is being made to help reduce the multiple incidents reported in recent months due to forgotten usernames or duplicate accounts that were not properly verified.
Throughout Monday 21, all Club Athletic supporters have received or will receive an email informing them of their new username.
The password will be the same as the one currently associated with the account, although supporters can set a new password at any time by clicking on the "Forgot your password? Reset" link that appears when entering their log-in details for the Club Athletic website's private area or on any of the club's digital channels.
The username will now be your ID number, and your current password will remain the same.
Special case for children under 14
If the Club Athletic supporter is a minor without their own ID card, their username will be their guardian's ID card number followed by another number. To this end, it is mandatory that all accounts belonging to children under 14 contain their guardian's details.
If you have not yet updated your details, please do so as soon as possible in your Club Athletic account or via the email “Update to the Athletic Club database” that we sent you in recent weeks.
