The new Fan Clubs' Txoko is up and running

Athletic Club has taken another step towards its goal of recognising the club's official fan clubs and their members, launching a Fan Clubs' Txoko, an exclusive platform that will allow both groups to interact with Athletic and obtain first-hand information about their relationship with the club.

The platform digitalises the extraordinary work carried out by the official fan clubs and their members in support of Athletic Club, providing an exclusive Txoko (similar in its fundamental aspects to the Members' Txoko) for fan club members who are correctly registered in the Athletic's Official Fan Club Members Registry.

 

How to register as an official Fan Club Member?

Fan Club members who have already been previously registered correctly by their club's administrators, with the correct personal details (name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, ID number and, in the case of children under 14 without their own ID number, the details of their legal guardian) will receive an email to establish their password in the Athletic Club digital ecosystem and, with this, they'll be able access the Fan Clubs' Txoko (as well as the rest of the Club's official channels).

If you're already part of the club's digital ecosystem as a member of another group (Club Members, Gazte Abonoa holders, Club Athletic supporters, etc), you don't need to do anything and can log in to the Fan Clubs' Txoko with the same login details.

Fan Club members who are not yet officially registered can do so by first creating a free Athleticzale account in just one minute and then requesting registration from their fan club administrator in their Personal Area via the “Fan Club Member Registration” tab.

The fan club administrator will receive the application through the Fan Clubs' Txoko and, once accepted, the applicant will be duly registered as an official fan club member and will receive a confirmation email to set their account password, which they will use to access the Fan Clubs' Txoko. 

 

Online processes and information

Fan Club Members who are correctly registered in the official Athletic Club Fan Club Members Registry List can access the Fan Club Members' Txoko via the link in the Fan Clubs section on the club's official website or directly at https://www.txokopenak.athletic-club.eus/ by entering their Athletic Club digital account log-in details, consisting of a username (ID number or, in the case of minors under 14 without their own ID number, the legal guardian's ID number followed by a figure) and a password of at least 8 characters.

Through the Txoko, official fan club members will be able to access their digital fan club member card, view the benefits and discounts available to official fan club members, see the dates for requesting tickets for upcoming matches (a process that, as has been the case until now, must be communicated to the person responsible for their Fan Club), check the results of ticket ballot for each match, consult their Fan Club's details and information, and access the exclusive Fan Club news section on Athletic Club's official website.

In addition, Fan Club administrators (presidents and ticket managers) will be able to approve or reject membership applications, check the list of members officially registered with their Fan Club, quickly and intuitively register their Fan Club members interested in tickets for each match, report on current Fan Club events, or request help to highlight their activites.

Delegates from the eleven zones into which the official Athletic Club Fan Clubs are grouped will also have special access to manage information about the Fan Clubs in their geographical area.
