San Mamés stadium guide: Athletic Club Women vs FC Barcelona (Liga F MD2)

This Sunday at 12:00, San Mames hosts the Liga F Matchday 2 fixture between Athletic Club Women and FC Barcelona. Below there is some useful information for all those coming to Bilbao to watch the match at The Cathedral.

 

STADIUM ACCESS

The gates will open at 10:45. Please try to arrive ahead of time so you can speed up your entry into the stadium, avoid last-minute crowds and enjoy the start of the match.

These are the gates that will be open:

• Lower North Stand: 7 & 13
• Lower South Stand: 23
• Lower East Stand: all gates open
• Lower Main Stand: 1 & 2

 

ENTRY PROCESS: TICKETS

Club Members, Club Athletic supportes, AC Women's season-ticket holders and Gazte Abonoa pass holders must enter the ticket they reserved. Access to the ground will NOT be granted with a membership card. Tickets are numbered and will not necessarily correspond to your usual seat.

 

TICKET SALES

The San Mamés ticket office, located between Gates 6 & 7 at the stadium, will be open during the following times:

• Sunday September 7: from 10:00-12:00

Tickets will be available online right up until kick-off.

SAN MAMES SHOP

The official shop (located between Gates 26 and 0 at San Mames) will be open non-stop from 10:00 until 20:00.

BARS & RESTAURANTS

Come to Geuria!, the sportsbar located between Gates 13 and 14 at San Mames. From 11:00 until 17:30, you can enjoy a wide and varied menu at The Cathedral’s in-built bar while watching the game on giant screens. There will be a special Matchday menu available.

Bar La Campa de los Ingleses will be open from 10:00 until 20:00, while Restaurant San Mames Jatetxea is open from 13:30 until 15:30.

 

AC MUSEUM & SAN MAMES TOUR

Athletic Club Museum (next to Gate 20) will be open from 16:00 until 20:00. Access to the San Mames Tour will start from 16:45 and it's recommended you start at the latest by 18:30, as it takes around 90 minutes to visit the museum and do the tour.
