Athletic to face Valencia CF in Copa quarter-final

Athletic Club now know their opponents for the Copa del Rey quarter-final. The Zurigorri will face Valencia CF in a single-leg tie to be played at Mestalla. The match will take place on Wednesday, 4 February, at 21:00 CET.

The two teams have met fifteen times in the Copa del Rey, the last match between them was in the 2022/23 season, a quarter-final that Athletic won 1-3 at Valencia's home ground.
