Paredes

Aitor first joined Athletic at Under-11 level. Since then, the centre-back has risen through the ranks, constantly proving himself at every level.

A naturally strong and competitive defender, Paredes can play with the ball at his feet and loves an aerial battle. Last season he established himself in the first team, forming a formidable defensive partnership with Dani Vivian.

At international level, he has played for the Spanish Under-21s and was a key part of the squad that finished runners-up at 2023 European Championship.
