A natural-born goalscorer, 'Guru' first arrived to Athletic as a 17-year-old from Antiguoko, going on to score 48 goals between Basconia and Bilbao Athletic, 31 of them for the B team.

Gorka left the club in 2020/21 but returned to Bilbao after a spell in LaLiga Smartbank with CE Sabadell and SD Amorebieta.

He mostly plays a centre forward, but can also do a job behind the striker. What's more, 'Guru' is a great finisher, capable of scoring goals with his head and both feet.

Guruzeta has already scored more than 40 goals since coming back to Athletic.
