The San Mamés Stadium ticket offices are usually open from the day before the match up until kick-off at the following opening hours:
The day before the match: From 10:30am to 1:30pm and from 5:30om to 8:00pm
Match day: From 10:30am to 1:00pm and from 2 hours before the match
Further information is officially announced the week before each match on the website’s ‘latest news’ section.
Tickets for people with reduced mobility, which occupy the last row of the first grandstand and can be accessed without any type of obstacle from the street, can only be purchased at the ticket offices of San Mamés Stadium.
It is essential to show the original certificate of reduced mobility and the original ID card of the person who requires this type of ticket
The club will provide a (free) ticket for the accompanying person as long as the certificate of reduced mobility indicates the need for help from a third person. Your name and surname must be given at the time of purchase.
In accordance with current legislation (RD 203/2010), away tickets are sold exclusively through the visiting team and you shall be seated in an area which is properly separated from the local fans. Athletic Club reserves the right to deny away fans access to the stadium if their tickets have been purchased through other channels and are not located in the appropriate area.
The closest car park to San Mamés is situated in front of the EITB building, a short walk away from the stadium.
The Euskalduna Conference Centre and Concert Hall car park is a five-minute walk away from San Mamés.
On certain streets in Bilbao there are public parking spaces where you can buy tickets from a nearby meter.
