Athletic Club 5 Aegina 1: It just couldn’t be

In spite of defeating Aegina by 5-1, the Athletic Club Women’s team has been eliminated from the UEFA Women’s Cup. Athletic Club has presented the following team against the Greeks of the Aegina: Capa, Uriagereka (Iraia, 46′), Vanessa, L.Zabala, Marta M., Itziar, Guru, Irune (Eba, 55′), Orueta, Ibarra and Erika. On the bench the following waited their opportunity: Uguzne, Iraia, Zuriñe, Irantzu, A.Olabarrieta, Eba and Lorena. Tzibi has been left out of the call due to sanctions by cards.
