Squad to be divided in two groups on Tuesday – Call-up

Athletic Club’s premier team trained at the Papendal facilities at 18:00 hours, doing mostly exercises with the ball, with strategic plays spotlighted. The session lasted approximately an hour and 15 minutes.

Facing Tuesday’s match at 19:00 hours in Spakenburg, Coach Felix Sarriugarte has decided to divide the squad in two groups. In the first, the following players have been called up for the match: Lafuente, Aranzubia, Gabilondo, Alex Garcia, Sarriegi, Ustaritz, Amorebieta, Beñat, Martins, Iturriaga, Prieto, Gurpegi, Urzaiz, Solabarrieta, Casas, Murillo, Iraola, Etxeberria, Llorente and Exposito. The remaining players, Alcalde, Dañobeitia, Garmendia, Javi González, Orbaiz, Yeste, Aduriz, Javi Martinez and Tiko (it is possible that the latter will be summoned) will train in Papendal at 10:30 hours.
