To witness the team’s most important match so far this season, accompanying our president and Athletic Club Board of Directors were the president of the Basque Parliament, Izaskun Bilbao; Biscay’s General Deputy, Jose Luis Bilbao; Culture Secretary and Basque Government Spokesperson, Miren Azkarate; Bilbao Mayor, Iñaki Azkuna; Congressman, Aitor Esteban; the Basque Government’s Health Secretary, Gabriel Inclán and regional delegates Iñaki Hidalgo, Juan Mª Aburto and Josune Aristondo.

Also in attendance was the Secretary General of Iberdrola, Julian Martinez Simancas; Petronor representatives, Manuel de la Sen and Víctor Perez de Guezuraga; BBK representatives, Jon Mancisidor and Nora Dañobeitia accompanying the President of Caja Vital, Mr. Gregorio Rojo. Norbega was represented by Octavio Pantaleón and Gonzalo Márquez; and IMQ by Jose Andrés Gorritxo and Juan Jose Muguruza representing La Caixa.

Among other public figures present were the president of the Basque Country Superior Court of Justice, Fernando Ruiz Piñeiro; Basque PP President Antonio Basagoiti and PSE parliament member Jose Antonio Pastor, accompanied by Melchor Gil and Txema Oleaga.
