Membership Cards on loan for Real Madrid

The Board of Directors have established the possibility for members who for whatever reason cannot attend the match and wish to loan out their seats may do so as follows:

Use the BBK multi-service ATMs

Members who wish to may loan their membership cards at all BBK multi-service ATMs (cash points) from Monday, 9 March, until Wednesday, 11 March.

Notice: It is necessary to introduce your member pin number, assigned by Athletic Club, to acquire the tickets.

Those members that don’t know their pin code may request it at the following e-mail address: [email protected] by enclosing a scanned copy of their DNI, as credential, or by faxing a copy of your DNI to 94 423 33 23.

All those members that loan their membership cards will have the bar code voided for the cited match


At the ticket office

1. Members should go to the San Mamés Ticket Office on the dates and times detailed below, where they must provide information with regards to their membership cards.
2. All those members that loan their membership cards will have the bar code voided for the cited match.
3. All those members whose seats have been sold will receive fifty percent (net) of the ticket price and will be paid by means of a bank transfer to their specified account, or at the San Mamés Ticket Office on Tuesday, the 17th, or Wednesday the 18th, from 10:00 to 13:00 and 16:30 to 19:30 hours.

The right to receive any amount for the sale of tickets expires three months after the corresponding match has been played.
