Athletic Club to loan items to the Valencia Museum

Next January, Valencia CF are inaugurating their Museum, in the City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia. Athletic Club will be present for this occasion as they have loaned two items from its Museum, the jersey that Captain Roberto Gil wore during the 1967 Copa Final against Athletic, property of José María Argoitia, and the pennant that Valencia gave Athletic to mark the occasion of their first visit to Bilbao on 6 January 1931 (Athletic 2 – Valencia 5).

This is not a first for the Athletic Club Museum as they have done the same with other clubs, such as Atlético de Madrid, Real Sociedad, FC Barcelona or the very own RFEF.
