Practical talk about basic CPR

On Tuesday, 14 December several practical chats on Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (Basic CPR) were held for Athletic Club health workers and members of both the male and female Premier teams in Lezama. Besides providing information on CPR and putting such techniques into practice, the team led by Doctors Luis Fernández-Yarritu, Higinio Martín, Alex de la Serna and Bittor Santacoloma hope that Athletic Club’s collaboration can be used a model that will draw and promote, at the same time, interest from citizens with the aim of contributing to the reduction of sudden deaths in football, in sport and in society, in general.

Training mannequins used for practising CPR and automatic defibrillation were used during these talks.
