The elections to choose Athletic Club’s 31st President began at 09:00 hours and ended at 21:00 hours with record participation (21,009, 62.05%), without yet counting votes by mail. As scheduled, candidate Fernando Garcia Macua placed his vote at 10:15 and Josu Urrutia Telleria placed his at around 10:30 hours.
