Josu Urrutia has become Athletic Club’s new President after winning the elections held this past Thursday, 7 July 2011, at Ibaigane Palace. The results have been as follow:

Total Votes: 22.176 (65.49%)

Josu Urrutia Telleria: 12.057 (54.36%)
Fernando García Macua: 9.796 (44.17%)
Blank: 165 (0.74%)
Null: 158 (0.71%)
