Tickets for Copa Final

Tickets must be retrieved and paid for from Friday 11 May 2012 to Wednesday, 23 May 2012, both inclusively, at the San Mamés ticket offices. Schedule: 8:00h to 14:00h and 16:00h to 20:00h.

Each day 1,500 members will be summoned to pick up their tickets, according to the ticket collection list already published.

Each winning member will be able to retrieve his/her ticket so much in their corresponding turn or if due to any circumstance they were unable to at a later turn. In no case can tickets be retrieved before the assigned turn.

At the moment of retrieval the type of ticket will be able to be chosen, always based on availability. The delivery of tickets in each turn will be carried out by arrival order to the ticket office, so that the concrete election of tickets will be made by the person who comes to retrieve it among those available at that moment.

A maximum of 4 tickets per person may be retrieved and paid for. Should this be the case, all tickets picked up will have to correspond to the turn of collection in which it is made, or to previous turns of collection, but never later.

The effective retrieval of tickets must totally comply with the following requirements:
– Present the original membership card of the member(s) benefiting from the tickets.
– Present the original and effective/valid, ID card (DNI), driver’s license, or passport of the person who will be making the payment to retrieve the tickets, whilst it could be one of the ticket winners or a different person.
– Tickets must be paid upon retrieval either by cash or credit card
– Sign a receipt voucher that certifies the number and reference of the tickets picked up, the identity of the beneficiaries of such tickets and the identity of the person who picked the tickets up.
