Athletic Club-CA Osasuna Match

Athletic Club has prepared a programme, which is described below, for the match between Athletic Club-CA Osasuna scheduled for Friday, 23 August 2013, at 22:00 hours, in Anoeta Stadium (Donostia):

1-Ticket reservations:

Tickets are exclusively destined to Members and Harrobi cardholders.

It will be essential that each member interested in attending this match reserve a ticket. The only way to do so will be through the Athletic Club official website, with connection available from 16:00 hours on 6 August until 24:00 hours on 11 August.

For this end, the member must introduce the partner number/code and pin number.
The possibility of grouping several members that wish to attend the match together in one single reservation will be offered; this way they will be able to redeem tickets for the same area in Anoeta.

In the same reservation process on the website, Members will be asked if they will require free bus transport provided by the Club, all this with the purpose of preparing the necessary infrastructure.

Should the demand be greater than that of tickets available in Anoeta, on 12 August a drawing of lots will be held before a notary. The result of this draw, if it comes to this, will be published on the Club’s official website on that same day, the 12th of August.

If the demand for tickets be less than the number available, all members will have a confirmed ticket.

The Club cannot guarantee, in any case, that the area in Anoeta will be equivalent to their place in San Mamés and the location will be chosen on a strict first-come, first serve basis when picking up tickets.

2-Ticket Pick-up:

Tickets will be available for pick up as of the 13th of August until the 20th, except during the holidays on the 15th and 18th, at the office located on Elcano 20 (Bilbao) during normal business hours (08:00 to 21:00) hours, and upon prior presentation of membership or provisional membership card/s.

In order to expedite the distribution process and avoid long lines, tickets will be handed out following the seniority criterion as a club member or, if grouped together, by the average seniority obtained among the members involved. Any member of the group will be able to collect the tickets upon prior presentation of the membership or provisional membership cards of all the group’s members.

This information, with the days assigned for each member, will be published on the official Club website on 12 August. Tickets may be picked up by Members on the day assigned and the following days, however never in advance.

Should there be any leftover tickets, these will be at the disposal of Club Members that had not yet retired their tickets or made reservations, and of Barria members. They can be redeemed on 21 August, at the same place and time. Any Member that has reserved a ticket will not be able to retire a second one.

In case there are leftover tickets, these will be put on sale on 22 August, from 08:00 until 15:00 hours in Elcano 20, with a price of 20€ for adults and 10€ for the children, with a limit of two ticket per person.

3-Transport:

Athletic Club will inform in due time of the schedules and departure points of the buses reserved for Members.

In any case, it will be necessary, so much for the trip there as for the trip back, to present the corresponding ticket for the match.
