Athletic Club retains the Tomás Caballero title

The Athletic Club Ladies’ team has triumphantly won the Tomás Caballero Memorial tournament disputed at the Oberena facilities in Iruñea. In the first match, the French team Blanquefortaise FC defeated CA Osasuna by 3-2. In the second match, Athletic Club defeated the French team by 4-0, with goals scored by Izaskun, I. Murua, Flaviano and Ibarra. Finally, in the third and final match, Juan Luis Fuentes’ players defeated CA Osasuna by 2-0, with goals by Alazne and Irene in own door.
