The Athletic Club expedition, in Madrid

The Athletic Club expedition is in Madrid to dispute the 36th Liga matchday against Rayo Vallecano this Friday, 2 May, at 21:00 hours in Vallecas (Fernández Borbalán, Canal + Liga-GolT)

The rojiblancos departed from Bilbao on a charter flight at 10:15 and landed in Barajas Airport three quarters of an hour later. From there they were transferred in the club bus to the Hotel Mirasierra Suites where lunch is scheduled for 14:00 hours.

Board members Jon Muñoz and Angel Gorostidi along with Sports director, Jose Mari Amorrortu, have headed the expedition.
