Un-activated Event Cards

During the minutes prior to the match against FC Barcelona, some incidents were generated at the San Mamés ticket offices. The most numerous had relation to the lack of correct activation of the event cards for FC Barcelona-Torino FC-Real Madrid CF.

In this sense, Athletic Club would like to remind users, for future occasions, that to be assured of having the event card activated correctly, it is important that a specific activation confirmation message appears on the screen. It is also necessary to have received an e-mail with a specific confirmation message for said activation.

In case you do not see the on-screen message and you didn’t receive it by e-mail, we suggest that Members consult their bank card statement to make sure the charge has gone through correctly and/or call or write Athletic Club to consult on the matter, always prior to the celebration date of the corresponding match.
