Athletic Club Board of Directors’ resignation and assignment of Management Committee

In the meeting held today, 12 February 2015, Athletic Club’s President and the whole Board of directors have resigned from their functions and, in accordance to that established in Article 68 of Athletic Club’s Articles of Association, a Management Commission has been constituted that will be made up by the following people:
