Seat change process

Once the deadline to register in the location process through the official website of the club is over, have been a total of 2,831 parters have shown their interest in participating. They have done it forming 1,805 groups.

In the following link you can view the appointment of each group. The presented code of the member is of the partner who leads the group: listado de citas.

The appointments will take place at the Member Service Office of Ibaigane.

Every end of each working day the Club will publish the original list with available free seats, all the previously chosen seats will be red marked.

Since many applicants will be interested in the same seats, if they find that the seats they wanted have been occupied by more senior members, we would appreciate if they are not going to keep the appointment with the Club, they informe by phone (94 424 08 77) or by email: [email protected].

We have detected that some of the applicants are interested in free seats in row 26 of the first stand. We kindly remind you that, as indicated in the the process, that mentioned row is reserved exclusively for those members who have the certificate from the Provincial Council of Bizkaia (Diputación Foral) attesting any scale of mobility reduction, or those who have a document which proofs they have a difficulty climbing stairs.

We also want to remind that the member not necessarily needs to attend the appointment herself/himself. It is enough if someone on her/his behalf attends with her/his membership card in force together with ID card’s photocopy.

The members who are enjoying a discount because of age or seniority are obligated to attend in person unless their absence is duly justified.

For those who decide to change their seat, the regularization between their current seat’s fee and the new seat’s payment or collection of difference will be made at the time, by cash or card.
