New delegate in the first men’s team
Sendoa Agirre joins the Athletic Club to carry out from this season the tasks of delegate of the first team, a task that Andoni Imaz has been developing for the last six campaigns.
Coming from Gernika’s team, Agirre (Erandio, 1975) was a player of Bilbao Athletic and debuted with the first team in the friendly match against Brazilian national team. Then he played in Eibar, Barakaldo, Alicante and Hércules, with whom he played in the First Division. He finished his professional career in Alavés, where after hanging up his boots he occupied several technical positions in the team from Vitoria-Gasteiz, including being delegate in the last four seasons.
