The city council of Aspe promotes the next edition that will take place on May 1-2

Coincidiendo con el día de la Comunidad Valenciana, ayer se presentó el Congreso Internacional de Peñas del Athletic que tendrá lugar los próximos 1 y 2 de mayo en la localidad de Aspe.

The city council of Aspe has been working hand in hand with the fan club El Txopo of Aspe to make the red-and-white meeting of May – dates also in which the league match against Real Madrid will be played in San Mamés – a success. Last December, the Mayor of the city, Antonio Puerto, accompanied by the rectors of the fan club and a large number of municipal representatives, came to Bilbao to report on the progress made in the organisation of the Congress.

Taking advantage of the qualifying round for the Cup against Elche, the director Goyo Arbizu and Manolo Delgado Meco returned to Aspe, already in the final stretch of preparations that are on the way to a record, since more than 700 red-and-white supporters are expected to meet in the region of Medio Vinalopó.
