Eunate, Moraza and Lucía García called up to the Spanish national team
Eunate Arraiza returns to the Spain team for the first time since 2019
Athletic Club Women players, Eunate Arraiza, Ainhoa Moraza and Lucía García have been named in head-coach Jorge Vilda’s Spain squad for the fixture against the Czech Republic on October 23. The qualification tie for Euro 2022 in England will be held in Sevilla’s Estadio La Cartuja.
Eunate is among the squad’s newer faces, having not been called up in May 2019 for Spain’s pre-World Cup friendly against Cameroon. The Biurrun-born player, made her international debut for Spain in October 2017, in a 6-0 win over Israel and she will be hoping to add to her six caps.
The three lionesses are due in the Ciudad de Fútbol de Las Rozas on Monday, October 19.
