Goals by Griezmann and De Marcos leave Supercopa 2021 final up in the air
Athletic Club and FC Barcelona are drawing 1-1 at the break in their Spanish Super Cup 2021 final at La Cartuja in Seville. After 40 minutes with few chances, only a shots by Ander Capa and Leo Messi looking dangerous, the last five minutes of the half saw both teams get on the scoreboard.
In the 40th minute, Barça’s Antoine Griezmann finished a counter-attack but the Lions reacted immediately with Oscar De Marcos beating Andre Ter Stegen to Iñaki Williams’ cross.
Unless the match goes into extra-time, the next 45 minutes will decide the winner of the Supercopa 2021.
